Games Workshop Power Armor Costume

This suit appears to be in a Games Workshop studio judging by the drawings on the wall in the background. It also appears quite similar to costumes worn in GW's "Inquisitor" and on those suits the shoulderpads didn't move - they and the chestpiece are all one big piece. If these Ultramarines
