Here's my battle report. English ain't my first language so sorry for any spelling mistakes :)

Quick Action Battle Report

Blood Angel force.
70 Space Marines 30 of them in Rhino's
2x5 Assault marines
Chaplain
Librarian
Predator Annihilator
Furioso
Dreadnought with lasscannon
around 2500 pts

The Tyranid Invasion force
A tyrant with 2 guards
Old one eye
ALLOT of gaunts..about 90
12 Genestealers
about 10 Warriors
3 of them Ravaners
3 Zoanthropes
and about 10 Swarms

This is a campaign battle so the force chosen wasnt a actual armylist just what I got left.
The Tyranid force was attacking my weakened fortifications at the palace (after defending it
against 3 waves of Orks and a Night Lord ambush there wasn't a single fortification left tho)
My DeathCompany was growing and growing after all those battles and was now a respectful
18(!) marines large.

Chaplain Mortis looked arround. He and the Death Company where holding the left flank at his
right 3 Rhino's were warming up. A Furioso Dreadnought came stamping out of the base. The
soaring sound of jump packs could be heard and he saw 10 Assault take place in the center
of the army. next to them 40 Marines were doing pre-battle prayers and a Predator was taking
position together with a Dreadnought.

Soon the hive swarm could be seen. A black swarm advancing at high speed behind it large
creatures some of them even dwarfing a Dread. The Blood Angel force was critically low on
long range fire support but the Predator managed to kill one of the Tyrant guards. The Tyranids
where within assault range and with a loud roar the entire force sped forwards. RHino's
dropping of there Tactical Squads and soon almost the entire center of the battle field
was littered with gaunt corpses. On the left flank one of the tactical squads were paralyzed
by the sheer horror of the Tyrant. The Death Company wasted the gaunts but were then assaulted
by the Old one eye. THe chaplain managed to wound it but it was quickly regenerated. He
squashed 3 Death Company. Then something snapped within the Death Company and in a wild frenzy of slashing and hacking they felled the beast.
At the left flank the Librarian disappeared under masses of gaunts
The Furioso raged and took bloody revenge at the Warriors wasting almost all of them but 2
escaped and assaulted him in the rear, immobilizing him and then they too were squashed.
The Rhino's made the ultimate sacrifice by standing in the path of the Tyrant but giving
the rest of the army enough time to regroup and form a last line of defence. And just when
all hope of victory was lost the Predator and the Dread made there presence felt killing the
large Hive Tyrant, the rest of the hive turned and fled.

Victory for the Blood Angels! Barely..but a victory none the less

with only a Furioso 30 marines predator Chaplain with 15 DC and a Dread left.
Reports go that a large Dark Eldar force has appeared out of no where and is ravaging the lands.
With no hope of reinforcements soon..The Blood Angels can only sit tight and hope for the best.
