Here are the pics in timeline progression
beginning in July 2002

the turret on top rotates 360degrees as do the wing turrets, notice the Space Marines for scale.
 

Here the top turret is rotated a little and the cannon elevated, it can elevate to a little more than 45 degrees. Also notice the rhinos here to give an idea of length, a rhino fits inside the nose 
and up into the mid section cargo bay as well.

the first turbofan, man was this a pain to make....
but it spins nicely when you blow on it :)

now brace yourselves - I'm making the main engine so that it glows.... here's a peek!

I wasn't satisfied with the wing turrets so I've replaced them with these :)

 

naturally I've given them a full firing arc - forward, to the side and backward :)

It's funny - the main body went together fairly quickly, but the details are taking a LOT longer than I anticipated! Oh well, tis often the way with such labors of love :)
