Brother Edward's Chaos Army
assembled but still painting, June 18, 2003

I'll be using Codex Chaos rules for gaming as I feel it allows the army the most options both for gaming and for modeling. The vehicles across the top of the photo will be painted as (from left to right) Black Legion rhino, Black Legion rhino, Black Legion Predator Annihilator, and two Nurgle rhinos. In the middle of the photo is a Great Unclean One, with plague marines and other nurgle minions off to the right. On the left of the photo that sea of red is my double handful of Khorne Berserkers. Forward of the berserkers is a Daemon Prince (Black Legion) and a Black Legion Dreadnaught. Forward of them is a row of old Thousand Sons, plus an unpainted squad of Thousand Sons and Arihman. At the head of the army is Abaddon surrounded by Black Legion Terminators and a Black Legion Squad, and finally at the lower right of the photo is a squad of unpainted (and heavily mutated) Slaneesh marines :)

Troop heavy space marine armies are one of the toughest armies to fight in warhammer 40K, and I've kept this in mind as I collected this force to challenge my Blood Angels. July should be an interesting month what with all the battle that we have planned for the Eye of Terror campaign! I ust hope I can finish my painting in time! LOL!

happy gaming to all!
~ Brother Edward
